Burbank Castaway Restaurant Wedding Ceremony & Reception | Evelyn & Ken

The wedding venue was at the Castaway Restaurant in Burbank and is an extra special one for me. Evelyn is my wife Jenny’s little sister and Ken is like the big bother of little-sister-in-law that I’ve never had…..Anyhow, I had the pleasure of photographing and being part of their wedding and am glad to share it with all of you. They got ready at home (and permitted no photos) then got into their vintage Bentley heading to their wedding at the Castaway in Burbank. The rest you can see in the photos below. Downtown Cicada Wedding | Arek & Christina

I can not believe that I let this wedding slip through without sharing it! This wedding at Downtown Los Angeles’ Cicada Restaurant just left me speechless, it had such a classic elegance to it and it totally helped that the Cicada is the first Art Deco style buildings built in Los Angeles. Christina got ready at the nearby Millennium Biltmore Hotel while Arek and his boys did their thing at the mezzanine of the Cicada. Then we had some time alone with them at the penthouse suite at the top floor of the Cicada which also had access to the roof! Thank you Christina and Arek for having me as your wedding photographer!

Wayfarer Chapel Wedding | Tony & Ara | Preview

Today’s wedding was amazing! It was at the Wayfarer Chapel in Rancho Palos Verdes and we had an absolutely rain-less day with one of my favorite not-too-harsh natural light at the same that Jenny and I tied the knot almost 6 years ago. I always really enjoy photographing wedding ceremonies here. Today is also amazing because their schedule had a huge break between the ceremony and the reception, so I have time to come back to my studio and edit the stuff and show you a quick preview!

Embassy Suites Hotel Mandalay Beach Resort | Oxnard Wedding Photographer | Josephine & Arlington

Los Angeles Arboretum | San Gabriel Hilton | Wedding Photographer

This wedding took place at 2 of my favorite venues. The 1st was the Los Angeles Arboretum and the 2nd was the San Gabriel Hilton. I just love how many different looks I can get everytime I’m photography either an engagement session or wedding at the Arboretum in Arcadia next to the newly remodeled Westfield Santa Anita Mall. Also, the San Gabriel Hilton has so many little gems for getting awesome photographs it’s ridiculous! On top of all of that, Daniel and Mouy are like all my other awesome clients….they TRUST me to do do my job and gives me so much freedom to do what I do best! I also had the pleasure of having an awesomely-super-over-qualified 2nd photographer, Mr. Doug McNamee of DMC Studio so this is almost like a dream wedding for me
